    I gotta say I could really feel the sincerity in what little voice Mark has
    left when he was speaking about his customers. For that reason I will start
    buying exclusively from Tiger Fitness for all of my fitness needs. (P.S. I

    Way back i got a defective product from MTS and called it in and
    Tigerfitness took really good care of me so I’ll keep coming back to
    Tigerfitness and keep ordering from there and only buy from them and get my
    MTS only from Tigerfitness.

    I remember I ordered some Chinese food, got home and noticed 1 of my orders
    was missing. Not only did they call me because they noticed they forgot to
    put it in the bag, but they also made a serving of spring rolls and threw
    it in for free. I buy from them often and give them good business. But it’s
    little things like that, that makes a difference and show they value my
    business and me as a customer. That manager handled that situation
    ridiculously.

    But mark sprint have people coming to them every day claiming mistakes with
    their bill. If they deem there to be no mistake they can’t just refund
    everyone based on an idea of making more back. Starting off I worked in
    customer service for a few different telecoms providers and they’re all the
    same!
