With a few everyday materials, Meghan shows how she makes a reusable and affordable box that makes delivering her cakes much easier and safer. This is also a great way to create a makeshift refrigerator when your regular fridge is either too full or too small. With a little dry ice this box can keep your cake chilled for an entire day. Dry Ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide. It is used primarily as a cooling agent. Its advantages include lower temperature than that of water ice and not leaving any residue. It is useful for preserving frozen foods, ice cream, etc., where mechanical cooling is unavailable. Do not handle with bare hands, must use gloves or tongs.
